Who We Work With
As a full service company we have experience working through all phases of a project. This means that we can work with the Architect, Interior Designer, Home Builder or Homeowner. In many cases we are brought in by the Homeowner or Builder early in the project cycle. The earlier we can become involved the more money you can save and the easier it is to ensure a successful project.
We have worked with many local Architects, Builders and Interior Designers in the past. Often we provide design services for Architects prior to design completion and to Builders during their bidding process. Because the Low-Voltage (Home Technology) systems are not required to be detailed before the city will stamp the plan set many times these important considerations go undetermined - we believe that is a mistake! Your home technology system(s) are as important as any other aspect of the homes - you live with them every day!
